If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
Refunds are not available unless Tracy is unable to attend the session. She holds time on her schedule for you and spends time preparing for your session. We can accommodate one rescheduling request by you per purchased session.
How does appointment scheduling work?
Once you've paid for a session, you will be able to login to your account and book a time for your appointment.
Is it possible to buy more than one session?
Absolutely! Purchase as many sessions as desired, but we recommend purchasing them one at a time in light of our refund policy.
