If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
Refunds are not available unless we are unable to attend the session. We hold time on our schedule for you and we spend time preparing for your session. We will accommodate one rescheduling request by you per purchased session.
How does appointment scheduling work?
Once you've paid for a session, you will be able to login to your account and book a time for your appointment.
Is it possible to buy more than one session?
Absolutely! Purchase as many sessions as desired, but we recommend purchasing them one at a time in light of our refund policy.
